
The Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm offers delicious New Hope dining in our Conservatory Dining Room of the Manor House. With three walls of glass overlooking the flower gardens, hand painted botanical ceiling, comfortable arm chairs, and opulent flowers, the Conservatory offers guests an elegant and comfortable setting in which to enjoy our wine pairing dinners or gourmet brunch. The stone fireplace is lit in season, and the walls of French doors can be opened to the terrace beyond for outdoor dining, or just to bring in the fresh country air. The open kitchen offers guests the chance to watch our chef prepare the fare, and is perfectly suited for cooking classes and informative, interactive time with our chef, when so desired.
Our chef sources local and organic as often as possible to craft seasonal menus that incorporate local organic greens, local free-range beef and chicken, our own eggs, and herbs from our gardens.
Our New Hope inn offers 24 hour In Room Dining, and guests may also enjoy food from our Light Fare menu anywhere on property, for example in the game room, by the swimming pool or while relaxing in the gardens.
Each menu is carefully prepared by our Chef every week to provide a unique New Hope dining experience. On Friday nights we offer a four course menu and on Saturdays we offer a six course tasting menu. Both menus are served with complimentary wine pairings. Seating is limited and reservations for the Conservatory Dining Room are recommended.
