The Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm was originally built as a country estate in 1740 and was later used by playwright George Kaufman. Enjoy acres of peaceful pastures and woodland views in our 16 guest suites spread throughout the 1740 Manor House, 19th Century Stone Bank Barn and George Kaufman Era Cottages. The exquisite décor in our rooms ranges in style from Colonial America to Europe to East Asia, making The Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm a unique destination, and one of the best bed a breakfast lodging options in Bucks County, PA.
Many of our guest suites feature whirlpool tubs, steam showers with body sprays, sunrooms, private balconies, gas fireplaces, wet bars and in-suite snacks, flat screen TVs, Blu-ray players and Bose stereo systems. Select suites have connected and private spa treatment rooms for additional pampering during your stay.
All reservations includea full gourmet breakfast, a wine and cheese reception each afternoon and access to our gorgeous grounds and onsite amenities such as the outdoor junior Olympic size swimming pool and a fitness and exercise room.
