Executive Chef Greg Vassos has joined The Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm to lead our culinary team! With over 20 years of experience in world-renowned kitchens, including Michelin-starred restaurants, Chef Vassos is passionate about creating dishes that highlight the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. His innovative approach blends contemporary techniques with a deep appreciation for seasonal flavors, promising a truly unforgettable dining experience.
Dinner is served in our Kaufman’s dining room, where you can enjoy a cozy fireplace and sweeping views of our beautiful flower gardens. As an overnight guest at The Inn, you’ll receive a complimentary breakfast each morning, thoughtfully prepared by Chef Vassos and his team.
Kaufman’s at the Inn, located in the estate Manor House, is open to the public for dinner Wednesday through Saturday, starting at 5:30 p.m., and for Sunday Brunch from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We offer a curated selection of craft cocktails and boutique wines to complement your meal. Please note there is a $25 corkage fee per bottle of wine brought in.

A 20% service charge and 6% sales tax will be applied to all dining reservations. Our menus are based on seasonal availability and are subject to change.
